Selecting the right market price and the timing drives sales. If for any reason, we do not sell your property within 3 Weeks of the listing, we will discount our commission by 0.5%

Broker Opens and Sunday Public Open Houses:
We will introduce your home at a Tuesday “Broker Open” to other agents on a mutually agreeable date and will also hold as many Sunday Open Houses as it takes to sell your home.

Listing Agent Will Be Present For Each Showing:
Barring any ‘force majour’, once a showing is set up, Cynthia herself will be present for every showing to guarantee that each prospective buyer knows the neighborhood, and the assets of the property.
